# Email Logs

# Email Logs

The **Email Logs** page provides a comprehensive history of all outbound emails sent by the system, including pre-alerts, invoices, and marketing broadcasts.

## Reviewing Logs

1. Navigate to **Administration > Email Logs**.
2. You can filter logs by date, recipient email, or delivery status.
3. Click on any log entry to preview the exact HTML content that was sent to the user.

If a customer reports not receiving an email, check this page to verify if the email was successfully dispatched or if it bounced.
