# Shiipp Courier Backoffice Documentation

> Everything you need to manage packages, shipments, customers, and finance from the Shiipp Courier admin dashboard.

Welcome to the **Shiipp Courier** backoffice documentation. This guide is written for courier staff and administrators who use the Shiipp dashboard to run daily operations — from logging incoming packages and scanning barcodes, to processing payments at the counter and generating end-of-day reports.

## Quick start
