# Merge Customers

> Learn how to consolidate duplicate customer accounts into a single profile.

# Merging Customers

Occasionally, a customer might register multiple times or end up with duplicate accounts. The **Merge Customers** feature allows you to combine these accounts without losing tracking history or invoices.

## How to Merge

1. Navigate to **Operations > Customers**.
2. Select the duplicate customer account.
3. Click the **Merge** button.
4. Search for the primary account you want to merge into.
5. Confirm the action.

  This action is irreversible. All packages, invoices, and history from the merged account will be transferred to the primary account.
