# Managing Packages in the Shiipp Courier Backoffice

> Log new arrivals, search and filter the package list, edit records, run bulk status updates, and generate customs invoices from one central screen.

The Packages page is your central workspace for every parcel that moves through the warehouse. From here you can log new arrivals, monitor status, adjust details, run bulk status updates, and produce customs invoices — all without leaving a single screen.

## Navigating to Packages

In the left sidebar, click **Packages**. The page loads and immediately fetches the most recent records. A count badge in the top-right corner of the header shows how many packages are currently displayed. Use the **refresh** button (circular arrows icon) next to the count to pull the latest data at any time.
