Accessing the Login Page
Open your web browser and navigate to your organisation’s backoffice URL. The login page displays the “Sign in to your account” heading along with your company logo. If you are already authenticated, the system automatically redirects you to the Operations Dashboard without requiring you to fill in the form again.Signing In
1
Enter your email address
Type the email address associated with your staff account into the Email field. Use the address your administrator set up for you — typically your work email.
2
Enter your password
Type your password into the Password field. Click the eye icon on the right side of the field to toggle password visibility if you need to check what you have typed.
3
Click Sign In
Click the Sign in button. The button shows a loading spinner while your credentials are being verified against the server.
4
Complete two-factor authentication (if required)
If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, the form switches to a verification step after your credentials are accepted. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Verify & Continue.
The code must be exactly 6 digits. TOTP codes are time-based and expire after 30 seconds — if the code is rejected, wait for the next one to generate.
5
Wait for the redirect
On success you are taken directly to the Operations Dashboard.
Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password, you can request a recovery link from the login page.1
Click Forgot password?
On the login form, click the Forgot password? link located next to the Password label. The form switches to password-reset mode with the heading “Reset your password”.
2
Enter your email address
Type the email address registered to your staff account and click Send reset link.
3
Check your inbox
If an account exists for that address, you will receive an email containing a recovery link. Follow the instructions in that email to set a new password.
4
Return to sign in
After resetting your password, click Back to sign in on the login page and sign in with your new credentials.
Session Behaviour and Logging Out
Your session is maintained by the browser automatically. If your session expires or your account is deactivated, the dashboard redirects you back to the login page. To log out manually:- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of any page.
- Click Logout from the dropdown menu.
Always log out when using a shared or public computer to prevent others from accessing your account.
Tips and Troubleshooting
Invalid credentials error
Double-check that Caps Lock is off and that you are using the correct email address. Contact your administrator if you are locked out.
Network connection error
This message means the browser could not reach the server. Check your internet connection and try again.
Automatically redirected on load
If you are taken straight to the dashboard without seeing the form, you still have an active session. Use the profile menu to switch accounts or log out.
Two-factor code not working
Ensure your device’s clock is synchronised. TOTP codes are time-based and become invalid after 30 seconds.
