The Packages page is your central workspace for every parcel that moves through the warehouse. From here you can log new arrivals, monitor status, adjust details, run bulk status updates, and produce customs invoices — all without leaving a single screen. In the left sidebar, click Packages. The page loads and immediately fetches the most recent records. A count badge in the top-right corner of the header shows how many packages are currently displayed. Use the refresh button (circular arrows icon) next to the count to pull the latest data at any time.

The Packages Table

Each row in the table represents one package. The columns are sortable — click any column heading to sort ascending; click again to sort descending.

Searching and Filtering

The filter bar sits at the top of the table card. You can combine any number of filters — they all apply together. Search box — Type a partial tracking number or customer name. Results update as you type. Status filter — Click the Status (All) dropdown to select one or more statuses. A badge shows how many statuses are active. Click Clear inside the dropdown to remove them, or Apply to confirm. Invoice Status filter — Use the Invoice Status dropdown to narrow results to packages that are Not Invoiced, Unpaid, Paid, or in Draft. Date range — Enter a From date and a To date to restrict results to packages created within that window. Reset — Click the Reset button to clear every active filter and return to the full list.

Adding a New Package

Use this flow to manually log a package that has physically arrived at the warehouse.
1

Open the Add Package modal

Click the + Add Package button in the top-right area of the page. The “Receive New Package” modal opens.
2

Assign a customer

In the Assign to Customer field, type at least two characters of the customer’s name, email address, or account number. Select the correct customer from the dropdown that appears. Their account number and name will appear in a confirmation chip below the field.
3

Enter the shipper tracking number

Paste or type the carrier’s tracking number (e.g. the UPS, FedEx, or USPS barcode number) into Shipper Tracking #. The system automatically attempts to detect the carrier and pre-fill any existing pre-alert data linked to that number.
4

Enter the house / AWB number (optional)

If your warehouse uses an internal reference number, enter it in the House # / AWB Number field.
5

Confirm the courier

The Courier/Carrier dropdown auto-selects the detected carrier. Change it manually if the detection is incorrect.
6

Add vendor and description

Enter the Vendor / Merchant name (e.g. “Amazon”) and a clear Item Description (e.g. “Apple Watch, Men Shoes”). The description is required and will appear on invoices and customer notifications.
7

Set the weight

Enter the package weight in pounds in the Weight (Lbs) field.
8

Toggle customer notification

The Notify Customer toggle is on by default. Turn it off if you do not want the customer to receive an arrival notification.
9

Register the package

Click Register Package. A success toast confirms the package was added and the table refreshes automatically.
You must select a customer before you can register a package. The Register Package button will show an alert if no customer is chosen.

Editing a Package

1

Open the edit modal

Click the action menu (three-dot icon) at the end of any package row and select Edit, or click directly on the tracking number. The Edit Package modal opens, showing the carrier logo, current status badge, and a quick-info summary at the top.
2

Update the editable fields

The following fields are editable:
  • Vendor — the merchant or shipper name
  • Courier — re-assign to a different carrier
  • Weight (lbs) — corrected weight
  • Declared Value (USD) — value used for duty calculations
  • Description — item description
  • Status — see the status reference below
3

Save changes

Click Save Changes. The modal closes and the table reloads with the updated values.

Updating a Single Package Status

To change the status on one package, use the Edit modal described above. Open the row’s action menu, select Edit, then change the Status field and click Save Changes. For bulk status updates with notification options, see the Bulk Actions section below.

  2. Target Packages — narrow which packages are affected: all packages, or only those already in a specific status (e.g. only packages currently marked “At Customs”).
  3. Update Details — pick the new status from the dropdown and optionally enter a history note (e.g. “Cleared customs and ready for pickup”).
  4. Dispatch Notifications — tick any combination of WhatsApp Alert, Email Notice, and Push Notification to control which channels are used.
Click Execute Request to apply the changes.
4

Clear selection

Click Clear Selection in the bulk action bar to deselect all packages and dismiss the bar.
Delete Package is permanent. There is no undo. Verify your selection carefully before applying a delete action.

Customs Invoices

Customs invoice documents can be attached to individual packages or generated in bulk. Attaching an invoice file to one package — Click the Inv Files count on the package row to open the attachment panel. Click the upload area or drag a PDF, image, Word, or Excel file onto it. The file is saved and the count updates immediately. Generating a bulk customs invoice — Select the packages you want to include using the checkboxes, open the bulk action dropdown, and choose the customs invoice option. The system groups the selected packages and produces a downloadable invoice document.
Use the Invoice Status filter to quickly find all packages marked “Not Invoiced” so you can batch-process them together.

Pagination and Row Limits

The table paginates automatically. Use the Rows selector at the bottom of the table to display 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, or 500 rows per page. Use the Page selector or the Previous / Next buttons to move between pages. The pagination info label shows the current range and total count.
