The Reports section in the Shiipp backoffice gives you a single place to analyse every aspect of your courier operation — from revenue and unpaid invoices, to shipment volumes and customer activity. Reports are organised into three groups so you can quickly find what you need without scrolling through unrelated data.

Getting to Reports

The Reports hub lives under its own Reports section in the sidebar. Click Reports in the left-hand navigation to open the All Reports page. You will see the full grid of available reports grouped by category.
The sidebar label is Reports — it is a top-level section, not nested inside Administration.

Report Groups

All reports fall into one of three groups. Each group is displayed as a labelled row of cards on the All Reports page.

Financial Reports

Track income, outstanding invoices, and how customers are paying. Covers Revenue Summary, Outstanding Invoices, and Payment Methods.

Logistics & Operations

Monitor package movement and warehouse status. Covers Shipment Volume, Warehouse Inventory, and Delivery Performance.

Customer Insights

Understand customer growth and identify your top shippers. Covers New Signups and Top Shippers (Packages by Customer).

Searching for a Report

A Search reports box appears at the top-right of the All Reports page. Start typing any part of a report name or description and the grid filters in real time, hiding cards that do not match. Clear the search field to restore all cards.
If you are not sure which group a report belongs to, use the search box — it scans report names and descriptions across all three groups simultaneously.

Opening a Report

Click any report card to open that report in full-page view. Each individual report loads with its own filter controls (date range, search, sort) and an Export CSV button where applicable. Use the breadcrumb trail at the top of the page to return to the All Reports grid without using the browser back button:
