Who Sees What
The report adapts automatically based on your role:- Agents see only their own transactions for the current date. No filter controls are shown.
- Administrators see the admin filter bar, which allows choosing any date and filtering by any agent in the system, or viewing all agents combined.
Running the Report
1
Open the EOD Report page
Navigate to End of Day Report in the sidebar. The report loads automatically for today and your current user account (or all agents, if you are an administrator).
2
Select a date (administrators only)
In the Report Date field, choose the date you want to review. Leave it as today to run the standard end-of-day close. Change it to any past date to run a historical report.
3
Select an agent (administrators only)
Use the Select Agent dropdown to filter the report to a single agent, or leave it set to All Agents (System-wide) for a branch-wide total.
4
Click Load Report
The summary cards and transaction breakdown table refresh with data for your selected date and agent scope.
What the Report Contains
Summary Cards
The dynamic summary ribbon shows one card per active payment method, plus a grand total card at the end. Cards appear only for methods that recorded at least one transaction on the selected date — methods with no activity are omitted for clarity. Each card shows the method name and the total amount collected through that method during the period. Example cards you may see:Cash
Total cash received at the counter during the shift.
Card
Total card (point-of-sale terminal) payments processed.
Wallet
Total customer wallet (account credit) applied to invoices.
Bank Transfer
Total payments received via direct bank transfer or wire.
Total Processed
Grand total across all methods, plus the transaction count for the period.
Transaction Breakdown Table
Below the summary cards is a detailed table listing every individual transaction included in the report:Printing the Report
1
Generate the report for the correct date and agent scope
Confirm that the summary cards and transaction table show the data you want to print.
2
Click Print Report
Click the Print Report button in the top-right corner of the page. Your browser’s print dialog opens.
3
Choose your printer and confirm
Select your printer and click Print. The report is formatted for clean paper output — the filter bar, navigation, and sidebar are all hidden in print mode. A printable header is added automatically showing the report date, scope (agent name or system-wide), the date generated, and the name of the user who generated it.
The printed report includes a professional header with the report date and scope, and a footer with the generation timestamp. Keep printed EOD reports on file as supporting documentation for cash drawer audits and branch accounting records.
Using the EOD Report for Cash Reconciliation
At the end of each shift:- Count your physical cash drawer. Note the total cash on hand minus any opening float.
- Run the EOD Report for today filtered to your agent name.
- Compare the Cash card total in the summary ribbon with your counted cash.
- If the figures match, your drawer is balanced.
- If there is a discrepancy, scroll through the transaction breakdown table and look for any entry that seems incorrect — check the amount and the customer name against any paper records you have from the shift.
- Report any unresolved discrepancies to your branch administrator before closing the drawer.
