The Stats Header
Three summary cards at the top of the page update automatically based on any filters you apply:
These figures reflect only the invoices visible after your current search and filter settings are applied — they are not always system-wide totals.
The Invoice List
Each row in the table represents one invoice. The columns show:
Click any row to open the invoice detail page for that record.
Invoice Status Meanings
Searching and Filtering Invoices
Use the toolbar above the table to narrow the list:- Search bar — Type an invoice number, customer name, or email address. Results update as you type (with a short debounce delay).
- Status filter — Select a status from the dropdown to show only invoices in that state.
- Date range — Set a start and end date to show invoices created within that period.
- Reset — Click the Reset button to clear all filters and return to the full invoice list.
Generating an Invoice

Click Create Invoice
Click the Create Invoice button in the top-right of the toolbar. You will be taken to the invoice creation form.

Select the customer
Search for and select the customer you are billing. Their account details and wallet balance will load automatically.

Attach packages
Add the packages being billed on this invoice. Each package contributes its freight and customs charges to the invoice total.

Review and adjust fees
On the invoice detail page, you can set or adjust the Delivery Fee, Handling Fee, Discount, Late Fee, and Other Charges using the editable fields in the Billing Summary panel. Changes save automatically.

Confirm the grand total
The Billing Summary panel shows a live breakdown: Total Freight, Total Customs, all fees and adjustments, and the final Grand Total and Balance Due.
Viewing an Invoice Detail
Click any invoice row from the list to open its detail page. The detail page is divided into two areas:Left Column
Shows the customer’s name, email, phone, and wallet balance; the table of attached packages with editable cost fields (declared value, freight, customs); and the full payment history for the invoice.
Right Column — Billing Summary
Shows a live financial breakdown: freight total, customs total, all adjustable fees, and the grand total. The Balance Due at the bottom updates in real time as you edit any fee field.
Editing Fees on an Invoice
In the Billing Summary panel, click into any fee field to change the value. The totals recalculate automatically and save when you move out of the field. Click More Fees to reveal the Late Fee and Other Charges fields if needed.Removing a Package from an Invoice
In the Attached Packages table, click the trash icon on the right side of any package row. Confirm the prompt. The package is removed and the invoice total recalculates immediately.Collecting a Payment Against an Invoice
To record a payment directly from the invoice detail page:- Click Pay Now in the header actions area (visible only when a balance remains).
- You will be redirected to the Point of Sale screen with this customer pre-loaded.
- The invoice will appear in the unpaid list. Select it, add a payment method, and complete the transaction as normal.
All payments collected through the POS are listed in the Payments section at the bottom of the invoice detail page, showing the date, method, reference, and amount applied for each entry.
