The Campaign List
When you first open Broadcast History you see a table of all campaigns, with the most recent at the top.
Click anywhere on a row to open the Campaign Report for that broadcast.
Campaign Statuses
Sent
Sent
The broadcast was dispatched and all messages were queued for delivery. The sent date is recorded and the recipient log is available for review. Open-rate tracking is live for email campaigns.
Scheduled
Scheduled
The broadcast has been set to go out at a future date and time. It has not yet been sent. To modify or cancel a scheduled campaign before it fires, open the Campaign Manager and load the corresponding draft — see Managing Drafts and Scheduled Campaigns below.
Draft
Draft
The broadcast was saved but never submitted for sending or scheduling. No messages have been sent to any recipients. You can load the draft back into the composer to finish and send it, or delete it if it is no longer needed.
Failed / Skipped (per recipient)
Failed / Skipped (per recipient)
Within a sent campaign’s recipient log, individual entries may show a Failed or Skipped status. Failed means the message could not be delivered to that address or device. Skipped typically means the recipient was excluded — for example, because they had opted out of marketing emails.
Viewing a Campaign Report
Click any row in the campaign list to open the Campaign Report. The report contains three sections:Summary Stats
Three metric cards across the top of the report show:- Total Recipients — the number of customers the broadcast was addressed to.
- Open Rate — the percentage of recipients who opened the email, with the raw opened count shown alongside. (Email only.)
- Delivery Rate — the percentage of messages that were successfully delivered, with the failed count highlighted.
Open rate and delivery rate are only available for email campaigns. WhatsApp and push notification channels do not provide read or delivery receipts through this system.
Message Content
Below the stats cards is a collapsible Message Content section. Click the header to expand it and see a rendered preview of exactly what recipients received, including any HTML formatting and personalization variables as they were resolved at send time.Recipient Log
The Recipient Log table lists every customer who was included in the broadcast. Use the search box to filter by name or email address.Navigating Between Views
- To go back to the campaign list from a report, click ← Back to List in the top-left corner.
- To start a new campaign from the history page, click + New Campaign in the top-right corner.
- The page URL updates when you open a report (e.g.
?id=42). You can share or bookmark that URL to go directly to a specific report.
Managing Drafts and Scheduled Campaigns
Drafts and scheduled campaigns are managed from the Campaign Manager composer page, not from the history list. To work with a campaign that has not yet been sent:- Drafts — Navigate to Marketing → Broadcast to open the Campaign Manager. Your saved drafts appear in the Saved Drafts panel. Click any draft to reload it into the composer, then edit and send or delete it as needed.
- Scheduled campaigns — Scheduled campaigns appear in the Broadcast History list with a future date in the Sent Date column. To modify or cancel a scheduled campaign before it fires, open the Campaign Manager and load the corresponding draft, then update the schedule or discard the send.
Sent campaigns are retained in Broadcast History for your records. They cannot be deleted, ensuring you always have a complete audit trail of messages sent to customers.
