The Locations page is the central place to manage every physical address in your courier network. It has two sections: Local Branches — the offices and pickup points in your home country where customers collect their shipments — and US Warehouses — the American facility addresses you provide to customers so they can ship purchases directly to your consolidation point before onward delivery. To open Locations, click Settings in the left sidebar, then click Locations.

Local Branches

Local branches are your courier’s physical offices, pickup points, and retail locations. Every branch gets a short code that appears on package labels and in the customer portal when a customer selects their preferred pickup point. The branch list shows each branch’s name, short code, address, phone number, and active/inactive status. A HQ badge marks your designated head office.

Add a new branch

1

Open the Add Branch dialog

On the Locations page, make sure the Local Branches tab is selected, then click Add Branch in the top-right corner.
2

Enter the branch name and short code

  • Branch Name — The full display name shown to customers (e.g., Kingston Central). Required.
  • Short Code — A short uppercase identifier up to 10 characters (e.g., KGN). This appears on package labels. Required. The field automatically converts your input to uppercase.
3

Add contact details

  • Phone Number — The branch’s direct phone line.
  • Address — The full street address of the branch.
4

Optionally set as Head Office

Tick Set as Head Office if this branch is your primary location. Only one branch can hold the HQ designation at a time — setting a new one will remove it from the previous branch.
5

Save the branch

Click Save Branch. The new branch appears immediately in the list with an Active status toggle.

Edit a branch

Hover over any branch row in the table to reveal the action icons on the right. Click the pencil icon to open the edit dialog. All fields — name, short code, phone, address, and head-office designation — are editable. Click Save Branch to apply your changes.

Deactivate or reactivate a branch

Each branch row contains a toggle switch in the Status column. Click the toggle to flip the branch between active and inactive instantly — no confirmation dialog is shown, so be deliberate.
Deactivating a branch removes it from the customer-facing pickup location list immediately. Any customers who have packages assigned to that branch can still collect them, but the branch will not appear as an option for new shipments.

Delete a branch

Hover over the branch row and click the trash icon. A confirmation dialog asks you to confirm permanent deletion. Deleted branches cannot be recovered.
You cannot delete the currently active head-office branch. Assign HQ status to another branch first.
