Your company settings control the information that appears on customer invoices, receipts, the tracking portal, and all outbound communications. Changes you save here take effect immediately across the entire platform, so it’s a good idea to review them carefully before saving. The settings are split into two areas: Company (legal and contact information) and Customization (visual branding). To open company settings, go to Settings in the left sidebar, then select Company or Customization from the settings menu.

Company Information

The Company section stores your organization’s legal identity. This data is pulled into every invoice, receipt, and customer-facing document that Shiipp generates.
Your Company Name appears on every invoice, receipt, and notification email sent to customers. Make sure it matches the trading name registered with your payment processors.
1

Open Company Settings

In the left sidebar, click Settings, then click Company.
2

Fill in your company details

Complete each field in the form:
3

Upload your company logo

Click Upload New next to the logo field. Select a PNG, SVG, or WEBP file. The recommended maximum file size is 5 MB. A preview appears immediately after upload.
Use a transparent-background PNG or SVG for the best appearance on invoices and the tracking portal. Avoid JPEG files for logos because they do not support transparency.
4

Save your changes

Click Save Changes at the top of the page. A green confirmation appears on the button when your changes are stored successfully.

App Customization

The Customization section controls the visual identity of the customer-facing tracking portal and the backoffice dashboard. Settings are organized into groups — Branding, Company, and any additional configuration groups your installation includes. Use the left-hand group navigation to switch between them.

Branding Settings

Set your primary color, accent color, logo, and favicon. These values theme the entire customer portal.

Company Settings

Configure company name, URLs, and any additional text-based fields surfaced in the portal header and footer.

Update your brand colors

1

Open App Customization

In the sidebar, click Settings, then click Customization.
2

Select the Branding group

Click Branding in the left-hand configuration group list.
3

Set your primary and accent colors

Each color field shows a color swatch and a hex-code text input. You can:
  • Click the swatch to open a color picker.
  • Type a hex value directly into the text box (e.g., #1a56db).
The primary color is used for buttons, active links, and key UI elements. The accent color is used for highlights and secondary actions.
4

Upload logo and favicon

Switch to the relevant setting field, then click Upload New. Accepted formats are PNG, SVG, and WEBP up to 5 MB.
  • Logo — displayed in the portal header and on emailed documents.
  • Favicon — the small icon shown in browser tabs. Use a square image, ideally 32×32 px or 64×64 px.
5

Save all settings

Click Save Changes. All groups are saved together in a single request.
Color changes and logo updates are reflected on the customer tracking portal within a few seconds of saving. Customers may need to refresh their browser to see the new favicon.
