Revenue Summary
The Revenue Summary report breaks down everything your operation earned in a given period — gross revenue, applicable taxes, and service fees — so you can reconcile daily, weekly, or monthly totals without manual calculation. What the Report Shows
Running the Report
Open Revenue Summary
Go to Reports in the sidebar, then click the Revenue Summary card under Financial Reports.
Set a date range
Use the Start Date and End Date fields at the top of the page to define the period you want to analyse. The report updates automatically when you change either date.
Review the totals
The summary ribbon at the top of the page shows aggregate figures for your selected range. Scroll down to the table for a row-by-row breakdown.
Export the data
Click Export CSV in the top-right corner to download the current filtered view as a spreadsheet. The export respects your active date range.
Set the start date to the first of the current month and the end date to today to get a month-to-date revenue snapshot before running payroll or submitting financial summaries.
Outstanding Invoices
The Outstanding Invoices report lists every invoice that has not been paid, grouped by how long it has been outstanding. Use it to identify overdue accounts and take action directly from the report without navigating away. What the Report Shows
Aging Buckets
Invoices are automatically sorted into aging buckets so you can prioritise collection efforts:Invoices in the 90+ Days bucket represent the highest collection risk. Review these first and follow up with the customer before writing off the balance.
Acting on Unpaid Invoices
Open Outstanding Invoices
Go to Reports → Outstanding Invoices from the All Reports page.
Filter by aging bucket
Use the aging filter (where available) or sort the Aging Bucket column to surface the oldest unpaid invoices first.
Locate the customer
Click the customer name in any row to open their full customer record in a new tab, where you can review their account history.
Open the invoice
Click the invoice number to open the full invoice detail view, where you can record a payment, send a reminder, or void the invoice.
Export for follow-up
Click Export CSV to download the outstanding invoice list and share it with your accounts or collections team.
Partial payments are reflected in the Amount Due column. An invoice does not leave this report until the full balance is cleared or the invoice is voided.
Payment Methods
The Payment Methods report shows how customers are paying across your three accepted payment types — Cash, Card, and Online — over any date range you choose. Use it to identify trends, spot shifts in payment behaviour, and plan staffing or cash-handling requirements. What the Report Shows
The report also includes a visual chart that plots each payment method’s share as a proportional breakdown. The chart updates dynamically when you change the date range.Reading the Chart
- Bars or slices represent the three payment types side by side.
- The height or size of each segment reflects total value collected, not just transaction count — a single large card payment will appear proportionally larger than several small cash transactions.
- Hover over any segment (where supported) to see the exact figure and percentage.
Running the Report
Open Payment Methods
Navigate to Reports → Payment Methods from the All Reports page.
Select your date range
Set the Start Date and End Date to the period you want to review. The chart and table refresh automatically.
Compare methods
Review the % of Total Revenue column to understand each method’s contribution. A rising share of Online payments, for example, may indicate you can reduce cash-handling resources over time.
Export the data
Click Export CSV to download a row-per-method breakdown for the selected period.
Run this report at the end of each week alongside the Revenue Summary to confirm that collected cash matches the Cash total shown in the Payment Methods breakdown.
